I made 5 blanks with the 2 wire s...Wow wow, thanks! I made 5 blanks with the 2 wire system and finished them following your process above and have 5 good reeds that are already in tune across the range of the instrument and only need a little tweaking to the initial new reed buzziness. Mainly they only have tweaking needed because I didn't want to do too much with the first day scrape. I've never had so many reeds make it from cane to clipped blank so well before.
